Our story
From home care to the road — because our clients needed more
Halo Medical Transportation is a proud division of Halo Home Care, where we have long provided in-home assistance for individuals who need support with the activities of daily living. Through that work, we noticed a growing pattern: more and more of our clients — and people in the broader community — were reaching out specifically for transportation to and from medical appointments.
Rather than stretch our home care services to meet that demand, we made a deliberate decision: build something dedicated to it. Halo Medical Transportation was created as a standalone company, solely focused on safe, compassionate medical transport — so that every client receives the full attention and expertise that kind of service deserves.
We are actively building a team of trained caregivers who do far more than drive. They accompany clients inside facilities, stay with them throughout their visit, and ensure every person returns home safely. Our mission is simple: no one in our community — especially seniors or those without nearby family — should ever have to face a medical appointment alone.
